Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information Allocation Point LLC("we", "us", or "our") collects through PylonForge(the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• →Account data. Your email address and a salted, hashed version of your password — we never store your password in plain text. This is stored in our Supabase Postgres database.
• →Project and asset data. The projects, site assets, and geometry parameters (labels, coordinates, headings, dimensions) you create in the Service, stored in the same database, so the Service can render your 3D previews and generate your KMZ/spec-sheet exports.
• →Billing data. Payments are processed entirely by Stripe. We never receive or store your card number or other raw payment details — we only store your Stripe customer ID, subscription ID, and current plan/subscription status, which Stripe provides to us via signed webhook events.
• →Session cookies. A single essential, httpOnly session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party marketing cookies.

2. How we use your information

• →To provide, maintain, and operate the Service, including authenticating your account and rendering and exporting your models.
• →To process payments and manage subscriptions via Stripe.
• →To respond to support requests sent to support@pylonforge.com.
• →To diagnose and fix technical problems (see Error monitoring, below).

3. Where your data is processed

• →Hosting. The Service is hosted on Vercel.
• →Database. Account, project, and asset data is stored in Supabase (managed Postgres).
• →Payments.Handled entirely by Stripe, Inc. Stripe's own privacy policy governs the payment details you provide directly to them.
• →Error monitoring. We use Sentry to capture application errors and crash reports, so we can diagnose and fix bugs. Error reports may include limited technical context (e.g. the request path or a stack trace) but are not used for advertising or profiling.

4. Cookies

We use a single essential session cookie required to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics trackers, or cross-site tracking of any kind.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above (Supabase, Stripe, Vercel, and our error-monitoring provider) to the extent necessary for them to provide their service to us, or when required by law.

6. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account and project data for as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data (projects, assets, and export history) at any time from Settings. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. If you have an active subscription, deleting your account also cancels it.

7. Your rights

You may access, correct, export, or delete your data at any time through the Service, or by contacting us directly. For any privacy-related request we can't handle through the app itself, email support@pylonforge.com.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
