Plans & billing
The free tier is a real workspace — model a full site in 3D, import CSVs, share a link. Paying unlocks the part where a KMZ leaves the building.
What each plan includes
- Free
- One project, up to 3 assets. All asset types, live 3D preview, whole-site view, CSV import, read-only share links. No KMZ export.
- Pro
- Unlimited projects and assets, plus both export variants (Google Earth Pro KMZ and Earth Web polygons), export history, and the high-detail model library. $29/mo.
Upgrading
On the dashboard, choose Upgrade to Pro. Checkout runs on Stripe; your plan activates automatically as soon as payment completes — no waiting on a human.
Managing your subscription
Manage billing on the dashboard opens your Stripe billing portal, where you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel — no email required.
If you cancel
- →Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
- →After that, the account returns to Free. Nothing is deleted — every project and asset stays exactly as you left it.
- →Free limits apply again: no new projects beyond the first, and export locks until you re-upgrade.
Payments are handled entirely by Stripe — PylonForge never sees or stores your card number.
